Our chef was born in Hai Phong, Vietnam. At the age of 16, she moved to Hong Kong and began her culinary journey, inspired by her brother, an award winning chef in Vietnam. This inspiration led her to bring the unique flavours of Vietnamese pho to Hong Kong. Now, she is in Canada, continuing her mission to introduce Vietnamese cuisine to the world. Through her skilled hands, the special dishes from various regions of Vietnam are presented for everyone to enjoy.
